Questions people actually ask

Will my QR code expire?
No — and this is the industry trick worth understanding. Many "free" QR sites generate a code that redirects through their server, then disable it when your trial ends, killing every poster you printed. Codes made here are static: your link, WiFi details or contact card live inside the code itself. It works as long as QR codes exist, with no account and no dependence on us.
SVG or PNG?
SVG for anything that will be printed — it scales to a billboard without a single blurry pixel. PNG for screens, documents and anywhere an image file is expected; pick 1024 px or larger if it might be printed small.
What does error correction do?
QR codes carry redundancy so damaged or partially covered codes still scan. Higher levels survive more damage at the cost of a denser code. Medium is right for most uses; choose High if you plan to place a logo over the centre or print on rough surfaces.
Can you see what codes I create?
No. The code is generated in your browser and the content never reaches a server — which also means we could not track scans even if we wanted to. If you need scan analytics you need a dynamic (redirecting) QR service; just go in knowing that is what you are buying.
